A selection of 1985 Double Royal Posters
Some of the posters are marked Empty Belly. These were printed in bulk by BRB‘s Central Advertising Services and supplied untrimmed to the Regions or Sub Sectors so that local fares could be over-printed into the belly of the poster and then sent to stations for display. The Corporate Guidelines prescribed the layout, type size and weight using the Rail Alphabet typeface.
All but the Windsor poster are from the 1985 BR National Local Campaign.
